This Belgian TV project features a well-known personality who, in each episode, invites 7 guests (famous or respected figures) to a dinner inspired by their cultural roots. The menu highlights dishes linked to the host’s heritage, offering a heartfelt opportunity to reconnect with their origins and share that experience around the table.

To accompany them on this journey, the host is joined by a mentor — a symbolic “Mama” or “Papa” — someone closely connected to the culture being celebrated. Acting as a culinary and cultural guide, the mentor brings depth and context to the dishes and traditions featured throughout the episode.
