Ed Scisors, a hairdresser by trade, has been through it all.
From fame and number one hairdresser, to defeat, shame and dishonour, falling from the top step of the catwalk to end up in a shabby little hairdressing salon on the fumes of cheap alcohol.

Thinking he'd hit rock bottom, the ex-idol of scissors never imagined he'd receive a package from the cannibal of the profession: Romeo Gonzo junior.
The latter, reluctant to admit that a bunch of losers are practising such a fine profession, challenges the former champion to a duel in which he has to cut off a lock of his opponent's hair, with the loser having to hand over his hairdressing salon to the winner.

In anticipation of this terrible confrontation, Ed, his partner Léa Shoeldaer and Alan, their employee, are left alone to face their fears and their fateful destiny as they devise a technique that will enable the man who was once a king to regain his former glory.
